The quality of relationships depends on how you raise yourself. You may be wondering: Can an unhealthy diet reflect unhealthy relationships? The answer is: indeed! You read it right.

More precisely, this is not just referring to the food itself.

Everything is food! In short, the various situations you have been exposed to, what you have heard, what you have read, and what you feel have been digested. This is one of the basic principles of Ayurveda that is to have a high-quality fierce fire, a good Agni (digestive fire).

For this, you must make better choices in your diet and change your habits. Most importantly, you will need to immerse yourself in your past eating history. Because it’s not only related to what you ate today, but also related to the things you couldn’t digest in the past.

Do you want to live a healthier and more harmonious life?

Expose yourself to possible pains, situations, words and scenes that you experienced in your childhood but could not digest. After returning to the past, first change the diet to those that are conducive to purification of the body and detoxification.

If you can’t stand the pain, start with food!

Soon, you will find that your relationships have changed, because choosing better food will rekindle the flame of turning pain into love.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is considered by many scholars to be the oldest rehabilitation science. In Sanskrit, Ayurveda means “life science”. Ayurvedic knowledge originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often referred to as the “Mother of All Souls”. It originated in the ancient Vedic culture, and has been taught in oral traditions for thousands of years, from talented masters to disciples. Although some of this knowledge has been printed and published thousands of years ago, many of it is not spread. Many natural therapies familiar to the West are derived from Ayurveda, including homeopathy and polar therapy.
